Passionate hotelier

I started my hospitality career during college. Before being my appointed as General Manager of Opera Garden Hotel & Apartments I gained expertise in management working in and with all hotel functions, learning all about their specificities. Over the past few years I dedicated my time to guest relations, managing the hotel staff, as well as mastering revenue management. My goal is to continuously achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

Besides the daily guest appreciation, I also earned recognition from my peers as well as from the hotelier profession. I am actively involved in several tourism associations  deepening my relations with the decisive people of the industry.
