I began my professional career during my college years. Before my appointment as a hotel manager, I worked in nearly all areas of hotel operations, gaining insight into their specifics both domestically and internationally. Over the past few years, I have focused primarily on mastering online sales and revenue management tools and strategies at a high level.

My goal is to foster continuous innovation, implement hotel operations aligned with the latest trends, and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. I am currently involved in hotel operation of several hotels.

 

I actively participate in multiple organizations and associations, deepening my connections with key players in the industry.

Since 2022, I have been the head of the Budapest region of the Hungarian Hotel Association. In September 2024, I was re-elected to this position for another two years by the members. As the regional leader, I regularly organize professional events as well as environmentally conscious and innovative forums for leaders in the hospitality industry.

 

I have also been the head of the Association's boutique hotels section for over 10 years.

 

For years, I have actively supported the education of the next generation. I have given presentations and seminars at Metropolitan University, Corvinus University, and the Századvég Institute’s Summer University on several occasions.
